Information to users

At the end of the installation, users have to receive basic information about how to use their new telephony system.

In order to facilitate this, we have written a User's Instruction section in NL, FR and EN.

In order to facilitate the dissemination of this information to users, we have created email sending functions into the portal.

 

Send information to one specific user

Go to VoIP Services > Advanced > Users and select a specific user.

Send credentials to Administrator: clicking this link will create a personalized email in your default email client (Outlook, Thunderbird...), ready to be sent to a user with adminstration rights you would have created. As it opens in your email client, it is sent in your name and you can personalize it if you want (add your company signature, add a little welcome word...)

Send welcome email to User: this link is to be used to send an email to a new user. It actually points her/him to the User's Instruction section in NL, FR and EN and communicates the user's credentials on the User's Portal.

 

Send information to all users

Go to VoIP Services > Account details.

Send welcome email to all Users: this link opens a popup listing all users in green.
Clicking on a user will open a personalized email in your email client. It points each user to the User's Instruction section in NL, FR and EN and communicates the user's personal credentials on the User's Portal.
When name has been clicked, it will turn to red in order for you to visualize the status of each user:

  • Green: user still to be notified
  • Red: user has been notified
