IPBX Configuration

In the old-fashion times of the traditional PBX, telphony installers used to purchase a physical PBX, to install it on-site and to configure it.

Our service is Cloud-based and, through our Partners, we provide the following to our customers:

  • a virtual IPBX that can be configured and managed through a web interface
  • IP phones
  • an IP telephony connection to a carrier (a SIP trunk)
  • telephone numbers (new numbers or numbers that we ported to our service)
  • traffic (minutes of telephone calls)

The first step in deploying your new Cloud-based IPBX is to log into the web interface (URL and credentials provided when we activate the account) and to create users, voice mails, groups, IVRs, call flows etc.
